Mrs. Pryor is a partner at Pryor Rodgers PLLC and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. Mrs. Pryor’s practice focuses on complex title and curative matters in the oil and gas, solar, and mining industries. She has advised clients on a variety of complex, high-value energy acquisitions. Mrs. Pryor assists clients in leasehold negotiations, mineral purchases, and surface matters, including easements, rights of way, surface use agreements, and water contracts. Her practice also includes business law, specifically the creation and implementation of corporate structures to fit clients' specific needs.

Mrs. Pryor attended Southern Methodist University, where she majored in History and Psychology. She received her law degree from the Texas A&M University School of Law.

Levi C. Rodgers, Partner

Levi C. Rodgers is a partner at Pryor Rodgers PLLC, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Rodgers received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and subsequently obtained his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013, where he was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review.

Prior to founding Beal Pryor Rodgers PLLC, Mr. Rodgers was an associate with Brashier Crosby, PLLC, where he rendered stand-up/sit-down original and supplemental drilling title opinions and leasehold acquisition title opinions for assets located in the Fort Worth Basin, Permian Basin, East Texas Basin, and Marcellus Shale. In addition to title examination, Mr. Rodgers also advised clients in matters involving pending litigation, the purchase of producing properties, curative, and other legal matters incident to the acquisition, operation, and disposition of oil and gas assets, and prepared instruments and contractual agreements as necessary. Mr. Rodgers started his career in the oil and gas industry as a landman for a land services company in Fort Worth, Texas, where he conducted due diligence for leasehold acquisitions, prepared abstracts of title, performed curative, and administered, managed and reviewed title research performed by a team of landmen essential for the development and operation of Barnett Shale assets.

Mr. Rodgers’s present practice covers most aspects of the oil and gas industry, including title examination, due diligence, and contract negotiations, among other matters necessary and incidental to the operation and production of oil and gas. Mr. Rodgers is currently a member of the Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
